The Calculation

It then divides the remaining energy by the charger's power output. Larger batteries take longer to charge with the same charger, while more powerful chargers significantly reduce charging time. Assumptions

We assume an average charging efficiency of 90%, and we don't factor in charge speed slowdown above 80% (common for fast charging). The tool is meant for quick planning, not technical certification — but it gives a realistic approximation for everyday use.
